Millberry copper (99.9% Cu, ISRI Berry/Candy equivalent) for wire-rod producers. Birch/Cliff (94/96% Cu) for refineries. Copper tube cut-ups, copper granules from cable recycling, and Cu/Al radiators where the buyer has separation capability.
Copper scrap into China follows the 'recycled copper raw material' standard (GB/T 38470). All shipments must be pre-shipment inspected by CCIC (China Certification & Inspection Group) at the load port. Nautica arranges the CCIC booking, sample preparation and report issuance before B/L release. Material that does not meet the recycled copper raw material spec is not loaded.
Millberry: loose in 20GP at 22–24 MT per box, lined and photographed. Birch/Cliff: loose at 21–23 MT. Copper tube cut to <1m. Bagging in 1-MT bulk bags is available for buyers receiving via hopper at port.
CCIC pre-shipment inspection certificate is mandatory and forms part of the document pack alongside invoice, packing list, B/L, EUR.1 where applicable, weighbridge tickets and analysis. Payment is typically 30% TT + 70% LC at sight or 100% LC at sight for first transactions.
Weekly direct sailings Rotterdam → Shanghai (≈30 days), Ningbo, Qingdao and Tianjin. CIF quotes hold freight risk to first Chinese port; FOB Rotterdam is also offered for buyers with their own freight contracts.
