6063 composition: 0.20–0.60% Si, 0.45–0.90% Mg, balance aluminum. Our extrusion offcuts come from fabricator drops, window/facade end-cuts and reject profiles. Two ISRI-style grades: Tata (clean bare 6063, free of paint/thermal break/screws) and Tutu (painted/anodised 6063, free of plastic thermal break and steel reinforcements).
Tata equivalent: ISRI 'Tato — Old Pure Aluminum Extrusion' (clean bare). Tutu equivalent: ISRI 'Tutu — Old Mixed Aluminum Extrusion' (painted/anodised). Both grades exclude thermal-break PVC, screws, glass and other foreign attachments.
Extrusion ships in 40HQ bales (compressed) at 22–24 MT per box or loose at 18–22 MT. Bales are wire-tied, dimensioned for melt-shop charging. We also offer cut-to-1m loose loading for buyers with hot-charge billet furnaces.
SGS inspection at loading verifies bare/painted ratio, freedom from thermal break, and moisture. XRF spot-tests confirm 6063 composition. Reports ship with the document set.
