We route containers to Jebel Ali (Dubai), Khalifa Port (Abu Dhabi), Port Rashid. Typical ocean transit from Rotterdam is 18–22 days from rotterdam. Sailings run weekly on the main Asia/Middle-East/Europe lines; short-sea and inland options are used for intra-Europe destinations. Vessel names and ETAs are notified as soon as booked with the shipping line.
United Arab Emirates buyers on our books most often import: Copper Millberry (Barley), Copper wire (Druid), Aluminum UBC (Taldon), Aluminum wheels (Troma), HMS 1&2 (200-1/2), Shredded 211, 304 stainless. Each cargo ships against the ISRI grade named in the Sales Confirmation and against the published Technical Data Sheet under /specifications. XRF verification, moisture control and container-by-container photo evidence are standard, regardless of whether a third-party inspection is nominated.
Dubai Municipality approval required for importer. Standard EU documents accepted. Jebel Ali is a major re-export hub for the wider GCC and East Africa. Documents prepared from our side: commercial invoice, packing list, weight tickets, Bill of Lading issued by the nominated line, Certificate of Origin (EUR.1 where preferential), Annex VII (EU 1013/2006 waste-shipment), and the third-party inspection certificate. Documents are couriered and released electronically to the buyer's bank in line with the payment terms.
CIF Jebel Ali is standard; CFR is common for buyers with local insurance. Standard payment terms are 30% TT advance plus 70% LC at sight against scanned B/L. Alternative structures (100% LC at sight, DP at sight, or CAD) are considered case-by-case for repeat buyers with a documented track record. Currency: USD or EUR at the buyer's option.
All cargo is consolidated at our Rotterdam yard, loaded to a written loading plan (loose, palletised or baled to match the grade), sealed with a numbered high-security bolt seal, and photographed inside and out. Weekly capacity from Rotterdam is 20,000 MT/month across ferrous and non-ferrous streams, so United Arab Emirates buyers can scale monthly tonnage from a single 20-ft container up to a full break-bulk cargo of HMS.
