Slightly wider than 6063 because higher Cu/Mg requires blending at the buyer.

Post-consumer clean mixed aluminium — siding, gutter, mixed sheet. Source: licensed scrap dealers consolidating municipal post-consumer streams. Recovery: 88–92%. LME discount: $450–$700/MT. Wider than Taint because chemistry is less predictable.
End-of-life automotive alloy wheels, magnet-cleaned of steel valves and lead balance weights. Chemistry: AA356.2 cast — 7% Si, 0.35% Mg. Source: licensed European ELV dismantlers. Recovery: 96–98%. LME discount: $300–$500/MT. Wheel-back-to-wheel recyclers pay near-UBC pricing for clean Troma.
Dry machining turnings from aluminium fabricators. Chemistry varies by source — mixed 6000-series most common. Source: machine shops, automotive parts producers. Recovery: 85–92% after drying, degreasing and briquetting. LME discount: $500–$900/MT. Wider band reflects oil content, density and oxide.
White dross (50–70% metallic) and black dross (30–50% metallic) from primary and secondary smelter operations. Pricing: gross weight × metallic % × LME 3M − $300–$600 processing discount. Buyers: dedicated dross processors and salt-slag recyclers in India and the Gulf.
